Sr Digital Marketing Coordinator 

 

Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Digital & E-commerce team in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across Kellwood Company brands, including Democracy Clothing, Wit & Wisdom, and City Blues. This role is highly execution-focused and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a working comfort with data and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is both process-driven and analytically curious, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Execute and support digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, loyalty, referral, and affiliate channels
  • • Own campaign QA and scheduling, ensuring accuracy in links, creative, segmentation, and tracking
  • • Assist with audience segmentation and targeting for email and SMS campaigns
  • • Conduct and document A/B testing across lifecycle channels to improve engagement and conversion
  • • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
  • • Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate asset delivery and campaign execution
  • • Support loyalty and referral program operations, including reward tracking and communication accuracy
  • • Maintain organized workflows and documentation to support campaign execution and reporting
  • • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce support roles
  • • Hands-on experience or familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads, and loyalty platforms (e.g., Yotpo)
  • • Strong attention to detail with a track record of executing error-free campaigns
  • • Comfortable working with data, including – pulling reports, analyzing performance metrics, and using insights to inform optimizations
  • • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, data organization)
  • • Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
  • • Basic experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
  • • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

 

Salary – $60,000 – $70,000 (paid hourly)
