Job Title: Jr. Designer

Responsibilities:

• Will work closely with Design Director on concept, color, trend of line.
• Sketching and designing key classifications
• Must have a great eye for Trend and Color
• Ability to shop stores and knowledge of influencers to follow for our appropriate market.
• Must be able to learn the brand DNA and understand their wants and needs.
• General knowledge of constructing a production tech pack
• Must be able to manage and handle production approvals.
• Experience with local resources for send out, embroidery, screen printers and Dye houses.
• Experience with factory communication in Asia for sourcing fabric and trim
• Must be able to put together a line and work with other members of the team from pattern making to our sewing team.
• Must be present and assist in fittings when needed.
• Ability to create mood boards, and presentation decks.
• Must have great time management skills and must be organized.


Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent job experience
• MUST be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• PLM experience a plus
