J. DAVID LAROCCA, JR.
Vice President Human Resources
J. David LaRocca, Jr., was named corporate vice president in June 2007,
in addition to his current post of vice president of human resources.
Mr. LaRocca joined Kellwood as vice president of human resources in January 2006.
Prior to Kellwood, Mr. LaRocca held the post of senior vice president, human resources,
for Limited Brands Inc., a post to which he was named in 2004. For over 20 years,
he crafted his human resources expertise at Limited Brands, serving the company and
its subsidiaries in such human resources management roles as senior vice president,
human resources, Limited Logistics Services; vice president, human resources,
Abercrombie and Fitch (a former division of Limited Brands); and vice president and
director of human resources, Limited Stores and Limited Distribution Services.
Before joining Limited Brands, Mr. LaRocca held human resources posts at Pizza Hut, Inc.,
and Horace Mann Insurance Companies.
Mr. LaRocca holds a Bachelor of Arts, Management, degree from
the University of Illinois - Springfield.
